Giuseppe Damiani

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Giuseppe Damiani, the Chief Executive Officer of Stonebranch, brings more than 20 years of executive experience leading high-growth companies. Prior to joining Stonebranch Mr. Damiani co-founded Lexagon Group, where he worked with leading telecom, media and tech companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Damiani has previously held various roles within Stonebranch, including CFO and COO. Before Lexagon Group, he was a consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and A.T. Kearney.

Peter Baljet

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Peter Baljet’s mission is to bring Stonebranch’s vision to the market. With more than 25 years of experience in technology product strategy, development and operations, he is a recognized industry thought leader in the areas of Cloud and Big Data/Analytics arenas. Prior to Stonebranch, Mr. Baljet helped drive innovations as a senior leader with organizations that include SAP, Deloitte Consulting and Visiprise. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Auburn University and a master’s degree in Management of Technology (MBA) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Marcos Medina

Chief Sales Officer

As Chief Sales Officer, Mr. Medina is responsible for Stonebranch's strategic sales and partnership initiatives. He leads the global sales team in developing new business opportunities, creating customized solutions for customers, and collaboratively forging a strategic path for the Stonebranch vision. Prior to joining Stonebranch, Mr. Medina spent nearly 15 years working in senior-level roles for organizations including Ericsson and LHS.

Scott Davis

Vice President of Global Marketing

As the head of marketing, Mr. Davis is an experienced revenue marketing leader who is focused on the corporate go-to-market strategy. He is responsible for Stonebranch’s global brand, product marketing, corporate communications, and demand generation. Mr. Davis can be found as a thought leader on the topics of marketing technology, BI/analytics and IT automation. Prior to Stonebranch, Mr. Davis held senior leadership roles with SAP and Calero Software. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations.

Ray Pacleb

Vice President of Global Finance

Mr. Pacleb oversees Stonebranch’s global financial planning, accounting, reporting, analysis, business analytics, tax and treasury, and financial administrative operations. He has more than 20 years of experience as a financial strategic leader. Mr. Pacleb joined Stonebranch in 2014. He previously worked with global businesses including the Coca-Cola Company and Mizuno Corp. in finance and accounting leadership roles. Mr. Pacleb is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Financial Management.

Sebastiano Mion

Vice President of Technology-Enabled Services

Mr. Mion brings more than 20 years of IT-leadership experience to his role as head of Stonebranch’s Technology-Enabled Services (TES) business unit, where he is responsible for the unit’s sales and operations. TES creates innovative value-added solutions and services by combining Stonebranch's IT automation tools with a variety of open-source frameworks. As the co-founder of Daring Star, he joined Stonebranch after the merger with Daring Star in 2017. Mr. Mion holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Venice (Italy).

Nicole Spartis

Vice President of Human Resources

As the head of human resources, Mrs. Spartis is responsible for Stonebranch’s overall HR strategy, including recruitment and retention, company culture, organizational development, and communications. She has expertise in building out successful HR departments within fast-growing global technology companies. Prior to Stonebranch, Spartis held senior leadership roles with Fiserv, EarthLink, and ClickDimensions. Spartis holds an SPHR Certification (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and has a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Management from Georgia Tech.

Amit Shah

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Shah has spent his career investing in, starting, running and advising software companies on product strategy, pricing and go-to-market. He previously was the Founder and CEO of Jirafe which was acquired by SAP Hybris and prior to that VP of Sales & Business Development for Magento which was acquired by Adobe. Today he serves on the boards of Magnolia International Ltd., Doodle AG and ROQQIO GmbH.

Andreas Resch

Member of the Board

Mr. Andreas Resch initially worked at a university. Since 1983, he has been employed in a wide range of business sectors with responsibility for organization, IT and logistics, most recently as a CIO at Bayer AG. He then moved to Modalis Management as a partner. His work has been documented in a book co-written with Prof. Brenner that has led to his inclusion in the CIO Hall of Fame in the United States. Today he holds several positions as a supervisory board member and works in the fields of management and IT consulting.

Gerald Schmedding

Member of the Board

Mr. Gerald Schmedding holds the role of Chief Financial Officer of Beta Systems, where he previously worked as the Director of Finance & Controlling. Before that he held leadership roles with KPMG Management Consulting, where his team designed and implemented solutions in the business intelligence space. Gerald holds a qualification in business administration from Mannheim University (Germany), with a year’s experience at Aston Business School, Birmingham (UK).
