Auto Root-Cause Analysis with Robi AI

In this example, I have a number of nested workflows, and there is a problem with a task that runs in a sub workflow with the issue being reported all the way to the top level. I could drill down visually into each workflow to determine where the problem is. But as the automated process becomes more complex, it could take me some time to find the source of the problem and to see the error message. Alternatively, I can use Robi AI to analyze the problem. I right click on the problem workflow and select analyze now from the menu. Robi AI will start to analyze the issue and will come back with some information. It will start with an analysis of the failure, including the messages in the log. Then we see the root cause analysis, which states that the script needs to be more time zone specific. Then we see the area of the script that causes the problem, and last of all, the recommended fix to the problem. Robi AI will then offer to update the script for us or to update the script and rerun the problem task. If we look at the activity monitor section of the screen, we will see that the error task has rerun and the hierarchy of the workflow are now successfully completed. Robi AI will then give us the option to browse the completed task instance directly and to check the output from the first execution and the successful one.
