Stonebranch® Trademark Usage Guidelines

Last Update: December 15, 2025

The trademarks, service marks, names, trade dress, and logos, whether or not registered, (each a “Trademark” and collectively, the “Trademarks”) of Stonebranch and its affiliates (collectively, “Stonebranch” or “We”) are intellectual property rights and valuable assets owned by Stonebranch. Our trademarks represent our commitment to quality and help customers identify our authentic products and services in the marketplace.

A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol, design, or combination thereof that identifies and distinguishes the source of goods or services. Unregistered or pending trademarks may display the ™ symbol, while registered trademarks carry the ® symbol.

To preserve the value and integrity of our brand, we request that all partners, customers, and third parties use our trademarks in accordance with established guidelines. Proper trademark usage helps maintain the distinctiveness of our brand and ensures consistent representation across all channels.

These Trademark Usage Guidelines will help you understand the appropriate and inappropriate uses of our trademarks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while supporting our brand standards. For further clarification, consult the brand guidelines or legal team at legal@stonebranch.com.
