Master SAP Automation with Stonebranch UAC

Whether you run SAP on-prem, in the cloud, or across hybrid environments, this session shows you how to unlock observability, self-service, and operational efficiency at scale.

SAP automation is rarely just SAP. Real enterprise workflows touch mainframes, cloud storage, Databricks, Kubernetes, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and more. Managing all of that from separate tools creates sprawl. UAC handles it from one place.

In this webinar, Nils Buer, VP of Solution Management at Stonebranch, walks through a full SAP automation workflow live. The demo starts with a SharePoint file upload triggering an event-driven workflow that pulls data from Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, and a mainframe into a single pipeline. From there, UAC runs SAP ABAP jobs, BTP-hosted IBP and Data Services tasks, and Databricks machine learning jobs in parallel. A Slack message gates the analytics phase. When an ABAP step fails, PagerDuty automatically receives a ticket with a direct link back to the failed task in UAC. Fixing the error and rerunning takes seconds, all from within PagerDuty. Once the full workflow completes, a Power BI dashboard refreshes automatically.

The session also covers jobs-as-code via GitHub: update an ABAP program name in a repository, commit the change, and a webhook listener applies the update in UAC without anyone touching the GUI. Additional demos show the Universal Portal for business user self-service and a ServiceNow service catalog integration for scheduling SAP jobs directly from an ITSM ticket.

No wrappers. No middleware. One platform orchestrating the entire SAP landscape and everything around it.
