UAC 8.0 Product Update: Robi AI and the Future of IT Automation

Discover Robi AI, LLM task workflows, MCP integration, and 25+ customer enhancements in the most significant UAC release in a decade.

What's New in Universal Automation Center 8.0

UAC 8.0 is one of the most significant releases in Stonebranch history. At the center of it is Robi AI, an AI-powered intelligence layer built directly into the Universal Automation Center that changes how teams build, run, and integrate their automation workflows.

In this session, three of Stonebranch's most experienced product leaders walk through what's new in UAC 8.0 and UDMG 3.3, with live demonstrations of Robi AI in action.

What You'll See in This Session

Robi AI is organized around three core contexts: Build, Run, and Integrate.

In the Run context, watch how Robi handles natural language task launches with built-in human-in-the-loop approvals, queries task status using plain language, reformats output for export, and performs root cause analysis on failed tasks, including recommending and applying script fixes.

In the Build context, see how Robi draws on UAC documentation and LLM knowledge to deliver step-by-step workflow instructions, answer function and API questions, and generate scripts on demand, all without leaving the UAC interface.

In the Integrate context, learn how the MCP server and AI extension builder connect Robi to external AI platforms and enterprise systems like ServiceNow and SAP, and enable extension development that takes hours instead of days.

Beyond Robi AI, the session covers 25-plus customer-requested enhancements in UAC 8.0, including MS Graph support for outbound email, version diff functionality, enhanced approval task workflows, time zone-aware date functions, expanded web service API capabilities, and z/OS and IBMi platform improvements.

Robert Oslin also covers what's new in UDMG 3.3, including deeper UAC integration with expanded trigger types, a new cloud endpoint that streams file transfers directly to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and business services tagging for more granular access control.
