Stonebranch's Board of Directors have a wealth of experience across the information technology, finance, and business sectors.
Mr. Grabe has broad international operational experience and an extensive sales and marketing background. He currently serves on the boards of Quality Technology Services, Lenovo Group Limited, Gartner, Inc., and Covisint Corporation. He also serves as a member of the UCLA Anderson School of Management Board of Visitors, a member of the Board of the Grand Canyon Trust, and on the Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy in Florida.
Mr. Lamberti was a Member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank AG from 1999 until June 2012, lastly in the position of Chief Operating Officer. From 1984 he held various management positions within IBM, working in Europe and the United States in the fields of controlling, internal application development, sales, personal software, marketing and brand management. In 1997, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of IBM Germany.
Mr. Damiani is President of VIDA Consulting Srl and non-executive director of Mediatica SpA. He is a former non-executive director of Banca di Roma and was previously Corporate Vice-President of EDS Corporation, President of Digital Equipment Europe and General Manager of IBM Europe.

Mr. Hartmut Lademacher is the President and Chairman of the Board at Stonebranch. Previously, Mr. Lademacher was founder, Chairman and CEO of LHS Group Inc. His primary mission at Stonebranch is to enable success in all facets of the organization.
As Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Purschke's focus is to continue to grow revenue while providing best-in-class service to Stonebranch's customer base. He drives Stonebranch's strategic goals and objectives as well as oversees the management of the organization. Dr. Purschke has held major executive positions within IBM, Electronic Data Systems, Software AG and LHS-Ericsson.
Dr. Heinrich is Chief Product Architect and steers the company further on its course of innovation, in particular managing Stonebranch's technology and architectural decisions. Dr. Heinrich has 15 years of experience in innovator positions, including seven years as a CTO for vsonix GmbH and semafora systems GmbH and five years at Fraunhofer.
Mr. Damiani is Chief Financial Officer with global finance responsibilities. Prior to joining Stonebranch he co-founded Lexagon Group where he spent over 20 years consulting with leading telecom, media and high-tech companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Damiani has held various roles as CFO and COO focusing on growth and turn-around. Before Lexagon Group, he was a consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and A.T. Kearney.
In his role as Chief Customer Officer, Mr. Paschaloudis is responsible for all of Stonebranch's strategic sales and marketing initiatives as well as the vast global business partner ecosystem. Prior to joining Stonebranch, he acquired 20 years' experience working in senior management positions for Clintworld, HP, Portal Software, Volubill and LHS.
As Vice President Sales Americas, Mr. Frye’s efforts are focused on large enterprise companies transitioning from legacy technologies to Stonebranch’s modern Universal Automations Center. Prior to joining Stonebranch, he served as a member of the executive management teams at Inference Corp, Synchrologic and Intellisync, and held several key director positions at Nokia.
