SAP: Batch Input Map
This integration for SAP batch input allows users to schedule and execute batch input sessions in SAP. Batch input sessions enter data non-interactively into an SAP system. It's typically used to transfer data from non-SAP systems to SAP systems or to transfer data between SAP systems. Key Features: Runs a batch input session. You only need to provide the batch input session name in the task variable. It's possible to use wildcards (*) to run multiple batch input sessions. There's no need to create a variant manually for the batch input session in SAP. The SAP task uses the feature inline variants of USAP to create a temporary variant for the ABAP RSBDCSUB with the batch input session name.

SAP: BusinessObjects Report Schedule
This integration schedules any SAP BusinessObjects schedulable resource, including Crystal or Web Intelligence reports, from the Stonebranch Universal Automation Center.Using analytics tools to collect massive amounts of big data from your organization is one thing. Extracting meaning from that data and using it to drive real growth is another. BusinessObjects analytics from SAP can help you unleash the power of collective insight by delivering enterprise business intelligence, agile visualizations, and advanced predictive analytics to all users.
SAP: BusinessObjects Scheduling Web Intelligence Documents and Crystal Reports
SAP: BusinessObjects Scheduling Web Intelligence Documents and Crystal Reports is a centralized suite for data reporting, visualization, and sharing. The integration for SAP BusinessObjects allows scheduling Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence documents. It supports multiple prompts and different output formats like PDF, EXCEL, and Webi. Key Features Schedule SAP Webi reports Schedule Crystal Reports Support multiple prompts as input parameter Support different output formats like MS EXCEL, PDF, Webi Based on the latest RESTful web service SDK - no Agent needs to be installed on the SAP BO Server Exit code processing and error handling In case a report fails (for example, if you provide a wrong BusinessObjects ID, it will fail), and you can re-start the job with the correct ID. In case of a connection error, the task will fail (for example, wrong IP address or Port of the SAP BO HOST). In case a wrong password has been entered, the instance will fail.
SAP: Calendar Import
This integration allows users to import the SAP factory calendar and related holiday calendars into the Stonebranch Universal Automation Center. You can use all valid SAP calendars or import a user-defined CSV file of specific SAP calendars. It's also possible to import calendars from different SAP systems. Key Features: Imports calendars that match the configured selection criteria into the Stonebranch Universal Controller (UC). Can be scheduled to always sync with SAP, e.g., import all calendars every day. The CSV list is saved (including versioning) into the UC script library. Runs on Linux and Windows Universal Agents. The calendar export is done using the SAP-certified XBP-RFC interface. SAP is always considered the master calendar; calendars are always exported from SAP, never imported to SAP. All calendar functionalities are supported, including factory, holiday and special rules. A calendar can be imported from a different SAP system automatically by adding the imported calendar's SAP system identifier and client number as a Postfix to the imported calendar. Set different log-levels for the integration, providing you with more information in case of issues. Support for application server and destination connections via 'nwrfc.ini' file, e.g., for load balancing and encryption.
SAP: Data Services
This Integration allows users to execute an SAP Data Services “ETL” Job using the “AL_RWJobLauncher.exe” utility. Using analytics tools to collect massive amounts of Big Data from your organization is one thing. Extracting meaning from that data and using it to drive real growth is another. Business Objects analytics from SAP can help you unleash the power of collective insight by delivering enterprise business intelligence, agile visualizations, and advanced predictive analytics to all users. Leverage the capabilities of SAP® Business Objects and schedule any SAP Business Object Data Services ETL job in Stonebranch's Universal Automation Center by using the “AL_RWJobLauncher.exe” utility, which comes with the SAP Data Services installation. Key Features: It is based on the “AL_RWJobLauncher.exe”, which is part of the Data Services Install. The Task runs on Data Services for Windows and Linux. The Universal Task provides the same error and trace information as the SAP Data Services Mgt. Console. You can select different log levels, for example, Info and Debug. You can configure all connection Parameters via the Universal Task. For all Parameters, exception handling has been implemented.
SAP: Event History Monitor
This integration allows users to query the SAP event history table for the selected SAP event and parameter. If the event is found, it's confirmed so that it doesn't trigger again. It can also launch a task based on the occurrence of an event and parameter. Key Features: Query the SAP event history table for a selected SAP event and parameter. For the parameter, wildcards (*) are supported. Confirm events in the SAP history table (transaction code SM62). Once the event and parameter have been identified, the event is confirmed in SAP so the monitor won't trigger a second time (optional setting). Launch a task in the Stonebranch Universal Controller, based on the occurrence of an event and parameter. Set different log-levels for the integration, providing you with more information in case of issues.Supported on Linux and Windows agents. Supports SAP application server and 'sapnwrfc.ini' destination connections.
SAP: Extract Job Definitions
This integration allows users to export SAP job definitions from SAP into one flat file for each job selected for extraction. Key Features: Export SAP job definitions from SAP into one flat file for each SAP job. Any defined start criteria will be exported from SAP for each job. Jobs to be extracted can be in any status (scheduled, released, canceled, finished, etc.). The jobs to be extracted are provided via a list saved in the Stonebranch Universal Controller (UC) script library. A detailed log file will be provided after each extraction process to identify jobs that could not be found in SAP, e.g., a Jobname provided in the input file that doesn't exist in the SAP system. The extracted SAP job definition files can then read by the Stonebranch Conversion Tool (CTK), which transitions each read job definition file into an SAP task, including defined start criteria. Support for application server and destination connections via 'nwrfc.ini' file, e.g., for load balancing and encryption. Additional Info: The job definitions to extract from SAP are provided by a CSV input file saved in the UC script library. For each job to extract, the SAP Jobname and SAP Job Count ID must be provided in the input file. The extracted SAP job definition files can be read by the CTK, which transitions each read job definition file into an SAP task. If the SAP job is in 'released' status (meaning start conditions had been defined in SAP for that job), then a time trigger with the scheduling criteria will be created by the transition tool. As a result, the transitioned SAP task is ready to be scheduled in the same way as in SAP.
