Stonebranch’s education programs are designed to empower our customers to best utilize the functions of the Indesca and Infitran product line to ensure the highest return on investment in their Stonebranch solutions. Successful completion of our courses enables your staff to understand, implement, customize and maintain the product line.

Because our education programs are modularized, an agenda can be tailored specifically to your environment. The courses listed in this catalog are intended for in-house education, utilizing your facilities and installation of the products. For your convenience, the hour-long courses listed can also be taught via Webinar.

DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR COURSES

All course materials are developed at Stonebranch and each participant of the course will receive a copy of the materials for their own personal use. All hands-on lab exercises will be done utilizing the customer’s own environment. Certification is available for a number of courses upon request. Certification is based on the successful completion of a written test based on the class materials.

QUALITY

At Stonebranch we are committed to providing quality solutions. To keep the processes and results of our courses consistent with your goals, a course survey will be conducted following each course completion. An internal review of these surveys will be conducted with the instructor and Stonebranch Management to ensure the quality of our services is meeting your expectations. A summary of these results, along with any follow up actions, will be presented to the customer following our internal review.
