Responsibilities

Marketing Manager (m/f)

Stonebranch is looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f) to support global and especially field marketing activities within EMEA. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Market Operations. This person will drive, plan, and execute marketing strategies, marketing programs, field enablement, content creation, digital marketing and customer success stories in close collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Develop a regional field marketing agenda that drives sales and achieves Stonebranch's financial objectives, in close collaboration with the Head of Global Market Operations.
  • Create, direct, and measure marketing campaigns to build demand, generate qualified leads, and support sales in closing profitable business for Stonebranch
  • Develop Lead Nurturing campaigns that align to the field marketing agenda and drive engagements resulting in Qualified Leads: Branding, Public Relations, Social Media, Advertising, Supporting Collateral, Trade Shows, Webinar, Event, Analysis and Market Research
  • In support of the campaigns, supervise and optimize advertising channels, retargeting, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Creation and development of collateral pieces such as customer case studies, infographics, whitepapers, ebooks etc…
  • Develop and manage the regional field marketing budget
  • Cultivate relationships with Stonebranch’s partners to collaborate on regional and national marketing initiatives that deliver results
  • Record and track regional ROI / Return on Automation and ensure positive results for the region
  • Understand the region’s competitive landscape and trends
  • Interface with the regional sales team to integrate marketing and sales activities
  • Represent Stonebranch effectively at regional events with customers, employees, and vendor partners

Qualifications / Expectations:

Marketing Manager (m/f)

  • 4+ years marketing experience in a comparable industry
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing campaigns that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment

  • Understand market needs and build strong content programs that meet the needs of our target audience
  • Experience in using marketing software tools. Specific experience with Pardot, SalesForce, Adobe Creative Suite, esp. InDesign & Illustrator, Typo3
  • Strong creative and analytic capabilities

  • Develop content for market needs
  • Native fluency in English and near-native fluency in German, other languages are a plus
  • Capacity to assume more significant responsibilities over time
