Quality Manager

Mission

Stonebranch is seeking a Quality Manager to work out of our European Headquarter Office in Frankfurt.

Ensure that the products and services provided by the Technology department are fit for purpose, consistent and meet both: external and internal requirements. This in particular, includes legal compliance and customer expectations. Facilitate the implementation and operation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) following international standards. Support monitoring and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS), measure against set standards and report to the Director of Quality Management. Liaise with other managers and employees throughout the organization to ensure outstanding performance of our quality and information security management system. Where appropriate, advise on changes and how to implement them. Provide proper information and training to enable others to achieve quality and information security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the company's quality standards and procedures for all products and services of the technology organization
  • Manage implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) following the ISO 9001 standard
  • Manage planning, evaluation, analysis and implementation of improvement activities
  • Monitor process performance by gathering relevant data and concisely report analysis results
  • Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
  • Generate and maintain relevant QM, QMS and ISMS documents following company standards

Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject
  • 3+ years' experience in the field of Software Quality Management or Software Quality Assurance
  • ISMS foundation or related certification would be appreciated
  • Experience with Lean methodology, in particular PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
  • Experience with Process Mapping, Value Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and basic statistics
