Business Development Representative, Americas

Mission

Stonebranch is seeking two Business Development Representatives who would be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads for the outside sales team. This position requires someone who is confident, tenacious, highly organized, and comfortable speaking in a warm and professional tone with prospective clients, and prepared to support a highly driven sales team. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams on specific campaigns (i.e. webinars, digital marketing initiatives) and projects to develop sales opportunities
  • Develop targeted prospect lists of potential new customers
  • Qualify inbound leads for Budget, Authority, Need and Timeframe (BANT)
  • Make outbound cold calls, accompanied by templated emails in order to develop potential new customer opportunities
  • Incubate existing leads that are not ready to be turned over to the outside sales team
  • Deliver qualified, sales ready leads for outside sales Account Executives
  • Consistently log every sales related activity in our CRM system
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Stonebranch offerings. Live and promote company values, brand, and mission
  • Influence guaranteed comprehensive income by an additional remarkable variable payment for the results of personal performance
  • Report to the VP Sales Americas

Qualifications / Expectations

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in Sales, or Marketing in complex products or services, preferably in IT Industry
  • Positive and professional demeanor, customer first mindset
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive and driven
  • Continuously strive to improve sales effectiveness and business acumen
  • Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Must welcome challenge and have problem solver mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
  • Ability to work with and support a motivated, highly driven sales team
  • Eagerness to make lots of phone calls
