Responsibilities

Business Performance Manager (m/f)

Stonebranch is looking for a Business Performance Manager (m/f) to support sales performance and corresponding services. This role reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer. This person provides comprehensive visibility into all Stonebranch's commercial activities and supports the management with continuous in-depths views and efficient commercial sales information as well as background details based on account executive KPIs. The Business Performance Manager will manage our CRM system, generates relevant reports as needed by senior management and develops the evolution of the Business Performance Processes. This candidate will play a key role in our Business Development Team.

  • Tracking of Sales Opportunities

  • Preparation of global, regional and individual sales forecasts

  • Interaction with Sales Executives to prepare bids according to defined sales processes

  • Development and ownership of Sales Operations and Bid Approval & Qualification processes

  • Support Sales Executives creating and managing proposals
  • Support Return on Automation Analysis projects at prospects

  • Quality Assurance of sales process
  • Ownership and operations of our salesforce CRM
  • Provide Sales Executives with detailed information and data for effective decision making

  • Develop recurring reporting methods and create individual presentations according to the business needs

Qualifications / Expectations:

Business Performance Manager (m/f)

  • Experience in supporting and managing enterprise software sales, especially in building and implementing a variety of successful sales and business processes
  • A business and financial operations background as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, supporting stakeholders from a broad range of business areas and across multiple geogrphies

  • Prior experience in a comparable sales role is a plus

 

 

  • IT industry knowledge is benefitial
  • Must be able to present in a professional manner and posses excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical/sales experience is expected

  • Strong command of English and German, both written and verbal

  • Willingness to travel approx. 10%
