Wolfgang Bothe, Chief Executive Officer
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Wolfgang Bothe founded Stonebranch in 1999 and has served as CEO since its inception. Under his leadership, Stonebranch has grown 30 percent year-over-year and has become the leading innovator in enterprise workload management solutions. His focus is to continue to grow revenue while providing best-in-class service to Stonebranch's customer base. Previous to Stonebranch, Mr. Bothe served as CEO for Beta Systems Software, Inc., focusing on servicing distributed IT environments.
Nathan Hammond, Chief Technology Officer
As co-founder of Stonebranch, Nathan Hammond has served as its CTO since 1999 and is responsible for managing Stonebranch's technology decisions and architecture. His strong understanding of the distributed computing environment and the software development process, along with 25 years of industry experience, ensures Stonebranch customers receive the highest quality products. Previous to Stonebranch, Mr. Hammond was the Chief Architect at Beta Systems Workload Management business unit. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
Thomas Kosse, Vice President of Finance
Mr. Kosse joined Stonebranch in 1999 as Controller and currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance. In this role, he is responsible for all of the company's day-to-day financial activities worldwide. With more than 29 years of experience in the German and American business world, he has strong expertise in international business, specializing in finance and operations and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Previous to Stonebranch, Mr. Kosse was the owner of an international accounting firm and held managerial positions with Siemens in Germany and the United States.
Jim Sievers, Chief Architect & VP Engineering
Jim Sievers has been designing leading systems automation, workload scheduling, and performance management solutions for more than 35 years encompassing the mainframe, mid-range UNIX, Windows, and Linux. Building on task/job scheduling research in the early 1970's, Jim was the primary author of Systems Manager for IMS (1984) and AutoOPERATOR for MVS (1986 -now BMC'sAutoOPERATOR product line) and in 1995 Jim authored InTune (now TriTune from Trilog). In 2008, Jim founded OpsWise Software and served as its CEO and Chief Architect until merging with Stonebranch in 2011.
Gwyn Clay, VP, Product Management & Marketing
For 20 years, Gwyn Clay has focused on automating complex IT operations processes. Joining Stonebranch as part of the OpsWise Merger, Gwyn was a founder of OpsWise and VP, Product Management. Prior to OpsWise, Gwyn was Sr. Director, Product Development at Cybermation and played a key role designing the solutions that lead the company's entry into distributed systems and pioneering many of the concepts of Workload Automation which Cybermation was an identified early leader in.
